To ensure customer satisfaction and product quality, Odrify follows a strict pre-delivery product check policy:

🔍 1. Visual & Physical Inspection

Product is checked for damage, leakage, tampering or mismatch.

Outer and inner packaging both are reviewed.

Especially important for fragile, edible, or electronic items.

📦 2. Expiry Date & Label Verification

For food, cosmetics, and medicine: expiry and manufacturing dates are re-verified.

Barcode, batch number, and tags are cross-checked with the order.

🔁 3. Sealing & Handover

Product is re-sealed after inspection.

Delivery partner is instructed for safe, hygienic, and on-time delivery.

If any issue is found, product is held back and seller is notified for replacement.

Agar product kharab, opened ya galat ho toh customer delivery par hi refuse kar sakta hai.
