Odrify Refund Policy

At Odrify, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

The product was not delivered within the promised time.

The product is missing parts or significantly different from its description.

📦 Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

You must initiate a refund request within 3 days of delivery.

Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Proof of issue (images or videos) must be uploaded during the return request.

> Note: Certain items like perishable goods, personal care items, or made-to-order/custom products may not be eligible for a refund.

🔁 Refund Process

1. Submit Refund Request: Via Odrify App/Website → My Orders → Request Refund

2. Verification by Seller/Odrify Team

3. Pickup Scheduled (if applicable)

4. Refund Issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or Odrify Wallet

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after order shipped

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer

Product used or damaged by the customer

Digital/downloadable items

💼 Seller Responsibility

Sellers are required to respond to refund requests within 48 hours.

Repeated refund-related complaints may lead to temporary suspension or delisting.
